AXI/Adira Finance is expanding its sales footprint in the vibrant archipelagic region of Karimun, Kepulauan Riau. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our local team and drive growth through strategic partnerships with agents, merchants, and durable‑goods retailers. Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process as directed by the Sales Head Channeling, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain new order sources from AXI/Adira Finance agents, kiosks, durable‑goods merchants, and other financing channels.
- Prepare, verify, and submit consumer credit applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, authentic, and accurately entered into the initial data system.
- Conduct vehicle or equipment valuation (taksasi) for financing proposals, obtaining approval from the Sales Head before finalizing terms.
- Perform on‑site consumer surveys, collect pertinent information, and log findings in the company’s CRM/application platform in accordance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities that drive traffic to partner outlets.
- Provide regular performance reports, market insights, and feedback to help refine channel strategies.
- Maintain a professional image while representing the company during client visits, trade shows, and community events.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and ethical standards throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors accepted); candidates with a background in finance, business, or economics are preferred.
- Age: Maximum 30 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current posting.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales or credit‑related experience; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
- Key Skills:
- Strong B2C sales management and a proven record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of negotiating and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential client data.
- Resilience and perseverance in a competitive market environment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Willingness to be placed in Karimun based on the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
