Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Koki Profesional Spesialis Masakan Indonesia to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be flexible enough to relocate to any city where the company operates, work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff, and thrive under a shift‑based schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of authentic Indonesian dishes, including nasi goreng, rendang, satay, and regional specialties.
  • Develop and update menu items in collaboration with the head chef, ensuring seasonal ingredients and current food trends are incorporated.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory, conduct daily stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh produce, spices, and kitchen equipment.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Execute plating and garnishing techniques that enhance visual appeal while maintaining consistency across all service periods.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, banquet services, and catering orders that feature Indonesian cuisine.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen appliances and tools safely, performing routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order delivery and address any guest feedback promptly.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by operational demand.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • At least 0 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or pastry shops (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse workplace cultures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, attractive appearance.
  • Willingness to be placed in any city where the company operates, demonstrating flexibility and mobility.
  • Capability to work on a shift system, including weekends and holidays.
  • Hands‑on experience operating standard kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, mixers, and steamers.
