Responsibilities
- Manage all cash and electronic transactions at the dealer’s retail counter, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product queries and guiding them through the purchase process.
- Maintain strong, trust‑building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Oversee the complete financial administration cycle, including invoicing, receipt issuance, and daily cash reconciliations.
- Prepare, compile, and submit detailed transaction reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to verify that all sales entries are correctly posted in the accounting system.
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to generate financial summaries and performance dashboards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain financial integrity.
- Support promotional activities and special sales events by ensuring seamless checkout experiences.
- Adhere to internal controls and regulatory standards, safeguarding the dealership’s assets and reputation.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred; however, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum education: D3 in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in cash handling, retail sales, or accounting (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Proficiency in accounting applications and a solid understanding of cash‑register processes.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, meticulousness, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated teamwork capabilities while also thriving in independent tasks.
- Residency in Manado or willingness to relocate to the Manado area.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
