The role is pivotal in ensuring that every parcel, freight, and critical shipment moves smoothly from the moment it is picked up until it reaches the customer’s doorstep. Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of all shipments, overseeing the entire lifecycle from pickup to final delivery.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain a seamless flow of goods.
- Implement proactive risk‑mitigation strategies to reduce instances of lost, damaged, or delayed parcels, including regular audits and real‑time incident tracking.
- Supervise all inbound and outbound transactions at the hub, ensuring accurate documentation, proper labeling, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff—including supervisors, coordinators, and operational assistants—to elevate performance, foster teamwork, and encourage continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions to identify trends, forecast demand, and propose process enhancements that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Maintain clear communication channels with customers, providing timely updates on shipment status and addressing any service concerns promptly.
- Ensure the hub complies with local labor laws, environmental standards, and SPX Express’s internal policies on security and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience in both Last Mile and First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, demonstrate strategic leadership, and resolve operational challenges under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners.
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Pangkalan Lada, Kumai, West Waringin City, Central Kalimantan.
- Open to candidates of any gender; flexible age requirement with no upper limit.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
