Introduction

Artaboga, a prominent distributor of consumer goods in Bogor, is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our sales force as Sales Kanvasing (Motorist). This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy face‑to‑face interaction, thrive on meeting daily targets, and are comfortable navigating a defined sales route. As a Sales Kanvasing representative, you will be the front‑line ambassador of Artaboga’s product portfolio, delivering value to retail partners and end‑customers while contributing to the company’s growth in the competitive retail landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Execute direct sales visits to assigned shops and customers along a predetermined daily route, ensuring full coverage of the territory.
  • Introduce and demonstrate Artaboga’s product range, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers to stimulate purchase decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and individual buyers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels on‑hand, coordinate restocking with the warehouse, and report any stock discrepancies promptly.
  • Record all sales transactions accurately, update customer orders, and prepare daily activity reports for the sales supervisor.
  • Communicate new product launches, seasonal promotions, and pricing changes clearly to customers, ensuring they are well‑informed.
  • Maintain optimal product presentation in stores, arranging displays according to corporate visual‑merchandising standards.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the regional sales team.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, relaying insights to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Adhere to all safety, vehicle, and company policies while on the road, ensuring a professional image at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper limit; we value experience and dedication over age.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work experience: Entry‑level candidates (0+ years) are welcome; prior retail or sales exposure is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable motorbike or vehicle for daily route execution.
  • Key soft skills: quick adaptation to changing routes, strong communication and negotiation abilities, excellent time‑management, and problem‑solving orientation.
  • Administrative competence: ability to handle sales paperwork, maintain accurate logs, and use basic digital tools for reporting.
  • Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a customer‑centric mindset.
