This full‑time position is based in local stores where you will act as the face of Home Credit, guiding shoppers through credit‑based purchase options and delivering an exceptional, smile‑filled service experience. Responsibilities
- Proactively approach store visitors and present Home Credit financing solutions, explaining installment plans, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- Educate customers on responsible borrowing, repayment schedules, and the full range of credit products offered by Home Credit Indonesia.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including promotional offers, new credit schemes, and compliance guidelines.
- Process credit applications accurately, verify documentation, and coordinate with the back‑office team to ensure timely approvals.
- Deliver consistent, courteous service that reflects the brand’s commitment to friendliness and professionalism.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with store management and fellow crew members to optimize floor layout, display financing information, and drive foot traffic.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment that complies with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA, Paket C acceptable).
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Preferably at least 1 year of retail or sales experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to smile and engage customers.
- Basic proficiency in numeracy and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Resides in Lampung or is willing to relocate and work within the Lampung area.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work the scheduled shift of 11:00 – 21:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward meeting sales targets and supporting colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy for handling point‑of‑sale systems and digital application forms.
