Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and resetting for the next guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly address any concerns, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, process invoices, and balance receipts at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, including proper handwashing and equipment handling.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.
- Support fellow team members during peak periods, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are valued.
- Ability to perform the five daily prayers (wajib sholat) in accordance with personal belief.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and basic English is a plus).
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to cooperate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
