We are seeking a dynamic Penanggung Jawab Ekspedisi (Expedition Supervisor) to manage and grow our courier operations in the Kampar area. Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates to become couriers, ensuring a steady talent pipeline.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs and allocate couriers to specific routes based on volume forecasts.
- Conduct on‑site investigations of operational issues, such as delayed deliveries or route bottlenecks.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end flow of goods, monitoring inventory, dispatch, and cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve fraud cases involving loss, damage, or COD manipulation, collaborating with security and finance teams.
- Maintain continuous communication with courier partners, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting key findings, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Liaise directly with the central PIC in Pekanbaru, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic objectives.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, vehicle maintenance standards, and company SOPs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing data from Excel dashboards and suggesting automation where appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, courier management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong recruitment skills with the ability to assess candidate suitability quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage a diverse team of couriers.
- Analytical mindset for fraud detection and problem‑solving.
- Leadership qualities, including the capacity to motivate, coach, and develop partners.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidential information.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑18:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
