Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all dishes, workstations, cooking utensils, and storage areas in compliance with local food‑safety regulations.
- Wash, peel, slice, and pre‑process vegetables, meats, and other ingredients to prepare them for cooking.
- Organize, label, and store raw and prepared ingredients in the appropriate temperature‑controlled sections.
- Assist the kitchen supervisor in monitoring inventory levels, reporting low stock, and helping with daily stock counts.
- Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for hygiene, equipment handling, and waste management.
- Prepare and package customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
- Support the cooking team during peak hours by fetching ingredients, refilling stations, and maintaining a clean work flow.
- Participate in routine deep‑cleaning tasks, such as sanitizing grills, ovens, and refrigeration units.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager immediately.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall kitchen performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a kitchen, food‑service, or related environment.
