We are seeking a dynamic Community Officer to join our team in Subang, Jawa Barat. This role is ideal for motivated women who are passionate about social impact, financial inclusion, and empowering low‑income women entrepreneurs. As a Community Officer, you will act as a trusted liaison between our organization and the communities we serve, providing hands‑on business guidance, financial literacy training, and access to micro‑finance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned neighborhoods to build strong relationships with pre‑sejahtera (low‑income) women and assess their entrepreneurial needs.
- Deliver tailored business coaching, covering topics such as simple bookkeeping, cash‑flow management, and disciplined savings habits.
- Facilitate group‑based financing without collateral, ensuring timely disbursement of loan capital and monitoring repayment schedules.
- Listen actively to client concerns, identify obstacles, and propose practical, culturally appropriate solutions.
- Organize community workshops, financial literacy seminars, and peer‑learning sessions to foster collective growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan performance, and training outcomes using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with internal product, risk, and compliance teams to align community activities with organizational standards.
- Report weekly progress, challenges, and success stories to the regional manager, highlighting impact metrics such as increased savings rates and loan repayment compliance.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting and helping people.
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse community settings and work independently in the field.
- Detail‑oriented with solid communication abilities, both verbal and written.
