Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staf Operasional Dapur dan Persiapan Makanan to join our dynamic kitchen team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that daily food preparation runs smoothly, that kitchen equipment is maintained, and that the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency are consistently met. The successful candidate will work side‑by‑side with chefs, kitchen assistants, and service staff to deliver delicious, high‑quality meals to our guests.

The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a structured schedule that balances productive work periods with regular breaks. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, marinating, and portioning according to recipe specifications.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with food‑safety regulations before, during, and after service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, communicate shortages to the kitchen supervisor, and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Support chefs and line cooks during peak hours by executing prep tasks, plating assistance, and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Participate in daily kitchen briefings, reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hygiene protocols, including proper handwashing, use of gloves, and regular sanitization of surfaces.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop efficient workflow processes, reducing waste and optimizing preparation time.
  • Handle waste disposal responsibly, following environmental and company guidelines.
  • Continuously improve personal skills through on‑the‑job training and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (preference as per client specification).
  • Prior experience working in a kitchen environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong mental resilience and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
  • Proficiency in operating basic kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent personal hygiene and a commitment to food safety standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week, with the ability to adapt to shifting service demands.
