We are seeking a motivated Staff In‑House for Company Operations to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the store management system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates of inventory, sales, and customer information.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and internal communications across multiple departments.
- Assist the operations manager in preparing reports, performance dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal queries, providing clear and courteous assistance to both team members and external partners.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose practical improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring they understand operational procedures and system usage.
- Handle confidential documentation and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including finance, HR, and logistics, to resolve issues that impact daily operations.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in operational support, retail management systems, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience under pressure; capable of maintaining composure and productivity during high‑stress periods.
- Familiarity with store management software and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
