Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Enter and validate data for key operational systems, including:
- Sales and inventory details for soybeans, plastics, and other raw materials.
- Production outputs and cash‑flow statements.
- Payroll components and employee compensation.
- Invoice follow‑up and accounts receivable tracking.
- Prepare and submit loan applications, coordinating with banks and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor bank account mutations and perform daily balance checks.
- Generate weekly profit‑and‑loss reports and provide month‑end closing summaries for the unit.
- Compile, verify, and process employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial and operational documents, both physical and digital.
- Support cross‑functional teams by providing financial insights for sales, production, and inventory planning.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and special assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (S1 Akuntansi) or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or financial administration role, preferably within a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; able to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to change, and perform under pressure.
- Clear communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for internal reporting.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
