Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team in Kelapa Gading, serving the broader Jabodetabek region. This role is pivotal in strengthening our customer relationships, driving sales of our financial products, and ensuring seamless credit processing for both existing and new clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of financial products to existing customers and prospect new accounts through outbound calls, in‑person visits, and digital channels.
  • Capture orders from distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and verify the accuracy of documentation required for credit applications.
  • Prepare and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required forms, identification, and supporting financial statements are attached.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, maintain regular contact with dealers and customers, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations related to their credit facilities.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, generate daily activity reports, and contribute to forecasting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting, risk, and collections teams to resolve any issues that arise during the credit lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling ancillary services, such as insurance or asset protection, to enhance customer value and increase revenue.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and market briefings to stay informed about product updates, regulatory changes, and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 29 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in relationship management, sales, telemarketing, or credit processing within the financial services sector.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Persuasive negotiation and consultative selling techniques.
    • Strong analytical ability to assess creditworthiness.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • High level of integrity and customer‑centric mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30.
