Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Perencana Konten (Content Planner) to join our growing team in Jawa Timur. Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand messaging and promotional schedules.
  • Research and stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital formats.
  • Create original, high‑quality content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce visual and textual assets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to refine strategies and report results to senior management.
  • Engage actively with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community environment.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers, media partners, and community groups to amplify brand reach.
  • Run A/B testing for headlines, hashtags, posting times, and ad creatives to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure promotional campaigns are accurately represented online.
  • Maintain a repository of brand assets, style guides, and best‑practice documentation for consistent execution.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior professional experience required; relevant personal projects or internships are a plus.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
