The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, handling both individual orders and high‑volume rush periods with poise and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, pour‑over, and specialty seasonal beverages, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to health and safety regulations and performing regular equipment cleaning and calibration.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, communicative manner, offering product recommendations, answering questions about bean origins, and handling special requests.
- Manage cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, and report any shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, supporting colleagues during peak periods and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Handle high‑pressure situations calmly, ensuring service speed without compromising quality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends, new brewing methods, and emerging coffee flavors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 0‑1 year of experience in a coffee‑shop or hospitality setting; prior barista experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
