This role is field‑based and focuses on empowering low‑to‑middle‑income women entrepreneurs through group financing, business coaching, and ongoing support. Applicants will work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and will be based in the location that matches their domicile. The recruitment process is free of charge and includes an HR interview followed by a user interview.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and recruit partners: Identify and approach women from low‑to‑middle‑income communities who are interested in starting or expanding a small business.
- Form productive groups: Organize interested candidates into cohesive groups of approximately ten members, fostering peer support and collective responsibility.
- Disburse micro‑loans: Process and provide capital to approved groups, ensuring documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Business coaching and monitoring: Conduct regular on‑site visits and coaching sessions to help partners manage cash flow, inventory, and marketing strategies effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships: Build trust with each partner, act as their primary point of contact, and resolve any issues that may arise during the loan cycle.
- Collect installments: Organize bi‑weekly repayment meetings, verify payments, and update the loan management system accurately.
- Report and analyze: Submit weekly activity reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for improving the group financing model.
- Participate in training: Attend mandatory training sessions and workshops to stay current on financial products, compliance, and soft‑skill development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
