Introduction

The Officer Credit Marketing (CMO) position is a critical frontline role within our dynamic finance division, based in Dompu. As part of the Credit & Marketing team, you will act as a trusted liaison between the company, its distribution channels, and both existing and prospective customers. This role offers a unique blend of sales, credit analysis, and customer relationship management, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the automotive financing market while contributing directly to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s credit products to both existing customers and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual financing needs.
  • Generate orders through established distribution channels, gather initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of documentation.
  • Prepare, complete, and submit credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork is accurate and compliant with internal policies.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining regular communication with dealers, distributors, and customers to provide status updates.
  • Deliver clear, timely decisions on credit approvals or rejections, and explain the rationale behind each decision to stakeholders.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information they need to stay compliant with their loan terms.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to resolve any issues that arise during the evaluation process, striving for swift resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, ensuring data integrity for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional financial products, thereby increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and market briefings to stay updated on product changes, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Diploma) – candidates with a completed S1 (Bachelor’s) are also welcomed, especially recent graduates.
  • Age limit: maximum 34 years old; candidates up to 33 years are preferred to align with the company’s talent pipeline.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • Work experience: 0–1 year of experience in credit marketing, loan processing, or a related sales role is desirable; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with customers and dealers.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
  • Possession of a valid personal vehicle and an active SIM A/C (motorcycle or car driving license) for field visits.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools) and comfort with data entry and document management.
  • Flexibility to work in the Dompu area and adapt to the local market dynamics.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
