Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Store Operations Crew Members. In this fast‑moving retail environment, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every customer enjoys a clean, organized, and welcoming store. This position offers a valuable entry point for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent who are eager to develop a career in retail operations, customer service, and store management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, addressing inquiries, assisting with product selection, and resolving minor issues promptly.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards by arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring that promotional displays are attractive and up‑to‑date.
  • Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation, cash handling, and securing the store.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges in compliance with company policies.
  • Support loss‑prevention initiatives by following security protocols, identifying suspicious activity, and completing incident reports when necessary.
  • Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve sales targets, execute promotional events, and improve overall store performance.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new products, store policies, and customer‑service best practices.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age limit; no maximum age restriction.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Non‑smoker: Candidates must not be smokers, in accordance with store policy.
  • Location: Willingness to be placed at any outlet within the candidate’s registered district (Kabupaten) as indicated on the KTP.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving and a willingness to learn.
