Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, addressing inquiries, assisting with product selection, and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards by arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring that promotional displays are attractive and up‑to‑date.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation, cash handling, and securing the store.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges in compliance with company policies.
- Support loss‑prevention initiatives by following security protocols, identifying suspicious activity, and completing incident reports when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve sales targets, execute promotional events, and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new products, store policies, and customer‑service best practices.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age limit; no maximum age restriction.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Non‑smoker: Candidates must not be smokers, in accordance with store policy.
- Location: Willingness to be placed at any outlet within the candidate’s registered district (Kabupaten) as indicated on the KTP.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving and a willingness to learn.
