Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and provide product knowledge to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including shelf stocking, price labeling, and promotional displays.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and placed on the sales floor.
- Support the implementation of store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials and loss‑prevention measures.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Willingness to wear a hijab or already wearing one.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Resides within the designated placement area.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; a pleasant telephone voice is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
