Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our dynamic team in the Ketapang region, serving the broader Jabodetabekser area. This role is integral to our finance operations, ensuring that overdue accounts receivable are collected efficiently and in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational foundation, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for accuracy while thriving in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for all A/R overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, update the internal database, and generate regular status reports for senior management.
- Conduct phone calls, send written reminders, and negotiate repayment plans with delinquent customers while preserving positive relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, credit, and legal departments to verify account details and resolve disputes.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Analyze patterns of overdue payments to recommend process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining payment options, and offering assistance in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial collections and data privacy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: up to 31 years old.
- Prior experience in collections, credit control, or a related finance role is preferred; a minimum of 1 year is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, resilience, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with collection management systems.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
