Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and themed dinner services, adapting recipes as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and coordinate with the store management system to minimize waste and control costs.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff, front‑of‑house personnel, and management to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
- Participate in daily kitchen briefings, providing input on menu adjustments, equipment needs, and staffing considerations.
- Work efficiently under tight timelines, especially during high‑traffic lunch and dinner shifts.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen environment; experience in resort or hotel kitchens is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is advantageous for interacting with international guests.
- Honesty, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating flexibility in shift assignments.
- Resilience to work under pressure, especially during busy service periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy kitchen supplies, and maintain a fast‑paced workflow.
