Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee‑making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitized and stocked.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to each customer, taking orders accurately and suggesting menu items that match their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record daily sales.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, labeling, and waste disposal.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as setting up coffee stations, calibrating equipment, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for new drinks, promotions, and improvements that enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK/Sederajat or D3/D4 (any field of study).
- Open to all genders; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
- While prior barista experience is preferred, candidates without experience are welcome to apply; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Professional appearance with a neat, presentable demeanor.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service principles.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional peak periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions associated with coffee preparation.
