We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative – Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to tailor product or service presentations that address client pain points.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, both in‑person and via virtual platforms.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 45 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or surpass sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) for field visits.
  • Open to working six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
