Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to tailor product or service presentations that address client pain points.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, both in‑person and via virtual platforms.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless handoff.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) for field visits.
- Open to working six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
