Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate gadget solutions.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of smartphones, tablets, accessories, and emerging tech trends to provide accurate advice.
- Process transactions efficiently using point‑of‑sale systems while ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Manage inventory on the floor, restock shelves, and perform regular visual merchandising checks to keep displays attractive.
- Create and schedule engaging social‑media content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to showcase new arrivals and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store events, product launches, and flash sales.
- Collect customer feedback, record insights in the CRM system, and relay actionable information to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support teammates by sharing best practices, assisting during peak hours, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; currently not enrolled in any higher‑education program.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years old; applicants must be unmarried at the time of hiring.

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn store‑specific software quickly.

- Natural marketing mindset – ability to identify sales opportunities and upsell effectively.
- Flexibility to work a six‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
