To support this evolution, we are looking for a motivated Engineer – IT Support Infrastructure who will focus on building and maintaining AI‑driven automation tools that keep our operations efficient and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and prompts that streamline internal processes such as inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and quality‑control reporting.
- Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across a multi‑site environment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated using AI technologies.
- Monitor server health, backup systems, and security protocols, responding promptly to alerts and incidents.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and automation scripts for knowledge‑base sharing.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new automation tools and best practices for digital hygiene.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting upgrades or new technologies that align with the company’s growth strategy.
- Maintain compliance with data‑privacy regulations and internal IT policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in IT support or infrastructure management, preferably in a manufacturing or food‑service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective AI prompts and automation scripts (e.g., using Python, PowerShell, or low‑code platforms).
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of resolving technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; must be able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
- High integrity, honesty, and a commitment to delivering work with speed and precision.
- Male candidates are preferred as per company policy; age limit up to 30 years.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 18:00.
