Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide accurate recommendations on food and beverage items.
- Take orders efficiently using a POS system, confirm special requests, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to timing, presentation, and temperature, ensuring all items meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and address any guest concerns immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including polishing silverware, setting tables, and restocking service supplies.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow wait staff to coordinate smooth service flow during peak periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, issue receipts, and process payments in compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and personal hygiene standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties such as setting up dining areas, conducting inventory checks, and preparing end‑of‑day reports.
- Continuously update product knowledge, including new menu items, promotions, and dietary restrictions, to provide informed service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages, with a maximum age limit of 0 years (interpreted as no upper age restriction).

- Work experience: At least 1 year in a similar food‑and‑beverage role; preferably 2 years of direct serving experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey menu details clearly.

- Capacity to perform well under pressure during busy service periods.
