Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team in Tegal, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, managing credit applications, and ensuring a seamless experience for both existing and prospective clients. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, its distribution channels, and end‑customers, delivering high‑quality service while promoting the company’s portfolio of financial and non‑financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell the company’s suite of products to existing customers and new prospects, tailoring proposals to meet individual needs.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, verify information, and compile complete credit application dossiers.
  • Maintain close communication with dealers and customers throughout the credit approval process, providing status updates and explaining decisions promptly.
  • Notify customers of payment due dates, acceptable payment locations, and any additional information required to ensure timely repayment.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers to assess satisfaction, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting and risk teams to streamline documentation and reduce processing time.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, order pipeline, and credit application progress for senior management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could impact product positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: up to 29 years old.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or credit processing.
  • Strong communication skills, including persuasive telemarketing techniques and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems; familiarity with credit assessment tools is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset.
