Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Branch Logistics Administrator for our Minggiran location. This full‑time position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, documentation, and communication between our central warehouse, suppliers, and customers. Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations for the Minggiran branch, including scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies in the inventory management system.
- Prepare, review, and file all required shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery receipts.
- Coordinate with transportation providers, freight forwarders, and internal warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as on‑time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and cost variances.
- Assist the finance department with invoicing, cost allocation, and expense tracking related to logistics activities.
- Provide administrative support to the branch manager, including meeting minutes, agenda preparation, and correspondence handling.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a degree in Accounting is preferred.
- Female candidates aged between 22 and 30 years.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with logistics or ERP software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated responsibility, discipline, and honesty in previous academic or work experiences.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- No prior work experience required, though internships or volunteer work in logistics or administration are valued.
