Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, promptly input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to portion standards.
- Anticipate guest needs by refilling glasses, offering additional condiments, and suggesting complementary menu items to enhance the overall experience.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash and card payments, and provide accurate change while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including table setting, clearing used dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to resolve any service issues or guest complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Participate in daily briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current on new dishes, promotions, and service standards.
- Uphold the restaurant’s hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
- Promote a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements

- Minimum education: SMK or equivalent; candidates with a D3/D4 qualification are preferred.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts typically from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
