Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and categorize laundry items according to fabric type, color, and care instructions.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply appropriate detergents, stain removers, and fabric softeners while adhering to environmental and safety guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on cleaned items to ensure no damage, proper folding, and correct labeling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of laundry supplies, linens, and uniforms.
- Provide courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and special requests promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring timely pickup and drop‑off.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new equipment, fabric care techniques, and sustainability practices.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a professional laundry setting.
- Residency in South Jakarta or surrounding areas (Mampang Prapatan preferred).
- Age range: 20–38 years.
