Responsibilities
The Supervisor/Kepala Warung will be accountable for the comprehensive management of the outlet, covering everything from opening procedures to closing reports. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing full‑cycle outlet operations, including opening and closing routines, service delivery, hygiene standards, and strict adherence to SOPs.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating the performance of all outlet staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
- Driving sales growth by setting daily, weekly, and monthly targets, monitoring revenue streams, and implementing promotional activities that align with brand strategy.
- Managing cost control measures such as inventory management, waste reduction, and labor budgeting to maximize profitability.
- Maintaining accurate administrative records: employee attendance, sales reports, stock levels, and financial savings.
- Ensuring product quality and consistency, responding promptly to customer feedback, and protecting the integrity of the Muphus brand.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues, from equipment malfunctions to staffing shortages, with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Collaborating with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, menu updates, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of educational background, practical experience, and personal attributes that align with the demands of a high‑energy F&B environment.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory, kepala warung, or team‑lead position within the F&B sector.
- Core Skills: Adaptability, business ethics, compliance with regulations and standards, creative problem‑solving, customer‑centric mindset, multitasking, strategic thinking, and strong team communication.
- Leadership Qualities: Decisive, responsible, integrity‑driven, capable of motivating diverse teams, and comfortable operating under pressure and flexible work hours (Monday‑Sunday, 11:00‑23:00).
- Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, communicative, and ready to take ownership of both administrative and operational responsibilities.
