Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook signature menu items, especially Terang Bulan and various styles of Martabak, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
- Interact with customers at the service counter, answer menu‑related questions, and provide friendly, prompt service.
- Maintain a spotless kitchen and dining area by following strict sanitation protocols and daily cleaning schedules.
- Retrieve raw materials and ingredients from the production warehouse, verify inventory accuracy, and store items according to safety standards.
- Assist in stock rotation, monitor expiration dates, and report any shortages or quality issues to the outlet manager.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to manage peak‑hour demand, coordinate order flow, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on food safety, new recipes, and customer service excellence.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements, cost‑saving measures, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior kitchen experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills:
- Basic culinary techniques and a willingness to learn specialized recipes.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work night shifts (15:30 – 00:30) and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail, especially in hygiene and food safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting.

- Competitive base salary of Rp 1.200.000 per month.
- Transportation allowance ranging from Rp 300.000 to Rp 600.000, based on distance and outlet location.
- Performance‑based sales bonus between Rp 255.000 and Rp 955.000.

- First‑time contract of 6 months (no resignation permitted during this period). Early termination due to SP‑3 dismissal or voluntary resignation incurs a penalty of Rp 5.000.000; the penalty is removed after the second contract period.
