We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner (Dokter Umum) to join our dynamic medical team at Bodi Kalibrasi, located in Pondok Mutiara BQ‑21, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic conditions during both offline clinic hours and online tele‑consultations.
- Provide personalized health counseling, including lifestyle, nutrition, and herbal supplement guidance, in line with integrated functional medicine principles.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure confidentiality of patient information according to Indonesian health regulations.
- Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to develop coordinated treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via the online platform, demonstrating strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Participate in weekly case reviews, continuing education sessions, and quality‑improvement initiatives to stay current with medical advancements.
- Assist in community outreach programs and health education workshops organized by the clinic.
- Adhere to clinic operating hours: Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 WIB and Saturday 08:00‑13:00 WIB.
Requirements
- Professional medical degree (dr.) with an active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and Surat Izin Praktik (SIP).
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Medicine or related health field.
- Open to recent graduates – no prior clinical experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex medical information clearly during remote consultations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially when triaging patients online.
- Genuine interest in integrated functional medicine, including familiarity with herbal remedies, nutraceuticals, and evidence‑based complementary therapies.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and willingness to attend workshops on functional medicine, telehealth technology, and patient safety.
