Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area, including wiping tables, resetting chairs, and polishing utensils between seatings.
- Monitor the restaurant floor continuously to anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and address any concerns before they become issues.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining room for opening and closing shifts, guaranteeing that all surfaces and equipment meet hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to handle special requests, ensure correct plating, and resolve any order discrepancies swiftly.
- Uphold personal grooming standards—clean, tidy appearance with proper uniform—reflecting the professional image of the establishment.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper hand washing, food handling, and emergency procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age limit: 40 years old or younger.

- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant service or a comparable customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage politely with diverse customers.
- Quick adaptability to changing service demands and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
