Responsibilities
- Actively market Wi‑Fi products to potential customers through door‑to‑door canvassing, street events, and community outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical benefits in clear, non‑technical language.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and handle objections with confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities using MyRepublic’s CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new MyRepublic product features.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve selling techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑40 years old.
