We are a leading spa and massage provider located near Ubud, Bali, dedicated to delivering exceptional comfort and satisfaction to both local and international travelers. Our serene facilities combine traditional Balinese techniques with modern wellness practices, creating a unique experience for every guest. We are currently expanding our team and invite passionate individuals to join us as Spa & Massage Therapists. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule (Monday – Sunday, 08:00‑17:00) and the chance to grow within a vibrant, hospitality‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of therapeutic massages—including Balinese, relaxing, deep‑tissue, and reflexology—strictly following our SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Deliver courteous, professional, and high‑quality service that exceeds guest expectations, especially for international clientele.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring proper sanitation, organization, and a calming atmosphere at all times.
- Prepare all equipment and treatment supplies before each session and conduct thorough clean‑up afterward.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments, upselling additional services when suitable.
- Document each session accurately for internal records and future client reference.
- Collaborate with front‑desk and housekeeping teams to coordinate schedules and manage peak periods efficiently.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new techniques, product knowledge, and safety protocols.
- Adapt to a rotating shift system, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑40 years; gender: any.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong foundational skills.
- Proficiency in basic massage techniques; mastery of Balinese massage is highly preferred.
- Professional appearance: neat, clean, and presentable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, polite, honest, and responsible.
- Good communication abilities; basic English is a plus, Japanese or additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a shift‑based schedule.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and career progression.
- Optional but desirable: previous experience in spa hotels or villas, certified spa/massage training, and basic proficiency in Japanese or English.
