Introduction
Anjir Muara is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive and Digital Specialist to join our fast‑growing team. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with regular office hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine offline (print, event, radio) and online (social media, SEO, email, paid ads) channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and new growth opportunities.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, monitoring community interaction, and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling visual assets, promotional materials, and landing pages.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM dashboards.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets, ensuring a smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.
- Plan and execute event marketing activities, including product launches, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to expand brand visibility.
- Continuously optimize digital advertising budgets, A/B test creatives, and refine targeting strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.

- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
- Basic understanding of sales strategy and how marketing supports revenue generation.
