Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Steward Operasional Hospitality to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to guarantee that every guest receives attentive, courteous, and professional service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables, chairs, linens, and utensils are clean and correctly set before each service.
- Assist kitchen personnel by transporting food trays, clearing used dishes, and restocking service stations promptly.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by washing, sanitizing, and storing kitchen equipment, dishes, and glassware according to health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of disposables, condiments, and cleaning supplies, notifying supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.
- Support the front‑of‑house team during peak periods by delivering orders, refilling water glasses, and addressing guest requests swiftly.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify and correct safety hazards, ensuring compliance with occupational safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to execute special events, banquets, or private functions, adapting quickly to changing service demands.
- Document any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages in daily reports for management review.
- Uphold the brand’s service standards by demonstrating a friendly, professional demeanor with both guests and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in food‑service, hospitality, or a related culinary environment.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated interest or prior experience in the culinary field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 kg).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to adhere to all hygiene protocols.
