Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Koordinator Accounting dan Pelaporan Keuangan to join our dynamic finance team in Bogor. This pivotal role will oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the accounting staff and senior management, driving accuracy, timeliness, and strategic insight in all financial reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, guaranteeing that all journal entries are posted accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure all tax filings (PPN, PPh 21/23/4) are completed in compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounting activities, continuously improving workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as procurement, sales, and HR—to reconcile inter‑departmental transactions.
- Monitor key financial metrics, provide variance analysis, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives to support strategic decision‑making.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) and advanced MS Excel abilities.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Residency in Bogor or willingness to relocate to Bogor, Indonesia.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be 35 years of age or younger.
