Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our corporate infrastructure. This position is based in our main office and will report directly to the IT Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining both Windows and Linux environments, managing network devices, and supporting the organization’s critical business applications. Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
  • Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services, providing user account management and permissions control.
  • Design, implement, and monitor LAN, WAN, VLAN, firewall, and VPN solutions using Mikrotik, managed switches, and other networking hardware.
  • Deploy and manage virtualization technologies such as Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper‑V to consolidate workloads and improve resource utilization.
  • Develop and execute regular backup and disaster recovery procedures, guaranteeing data integrity and rapid restoration capabilities.
  • Perform continuous server health monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive troubleshooting of system and network incidents.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, configuration files, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application deployments, database administration, and web service management.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, security trends, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
  • Provide Tier‑2/3 support for end‑users, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, maximum age of 29 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Support specialist.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Linux Server installation, configuration, and patch management.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Server administration.
  • Proficiency in network fundamentals: LAN, WAN, VLAN, firewall rules, VPN tunnels, and routing protocols.
  • Experience with Mikrotik devices, managed routers, and switches.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper‑V.
  • Understanding of backup solutions, recovery strategies, and data protection best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred certifications: MTCNA, CCNA, Linux+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent.
  • Bonus: Experience managing cloud servers on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or VPS environments.
  • Bonus: Background in ISP operations or network security/firewall hardening.
