Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and analytical professional to join our Finance team as a Staff Cost Control Department. Responsibilities
- Analyze and verify that all cost reports conform to the established budgeting framework.
- Prepare detailed cost analysis reports, highlighting variances, trends, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant cost data and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Develop and maintain cost control procedures that support accurate financial forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with a focus on cost accuracy.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of cost monitoring activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of cost-related figures.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to cost accounting.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects that require cost analysis expertise.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on cost control best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4, preferably D3 or S1 in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in cost accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s current hiring criteria).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically, work with large data sets, and produce insightful analyses.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in financial reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), and ERP systems.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to management.
