Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Staf Dapur – Penyiapan Makanan dan Pengelolaan Dapur to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential for ensuring that every dish leaving our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. The successful candidate will work closely with chefs, kitchen assistants, and service staff to keep the kitchen running smoothly from prep to service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and store ingredients according to recipe specifications and food‑safety guidelines.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers.
- Assist chefs in assembling menu items, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and plating.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and organize stock to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours by executing quick‑fire tasks and restocking stations.
- Document daily production logs, temperature checks, and any equipment maintenance performed.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, new menu items, and equipment handling.
- Communicate proactively with supervisors about any shortages, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of practical experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Age limit: up to 30 years.
