Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Motoris to join our dynamic team in the Bengkulu region. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about face‑to‑face customer interaction, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and are eager to grow their career in the automotive sales industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of motorized products, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers across the assigned territory of Bengkulu, conducting product demonstrations and providing detailed information on features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Develop and maintain a daily route plan, ensuring timely visits to existing clients and prospect locations while adhering to the 08:00‑16:00 work schedule.
  • Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and process orders using mobile applications and company CRM systems.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including follow‑up calls, handling warranty inquiries, and coordinating service appointments.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences, and report findings to the regional sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and mileage logs on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and sales strategy meetings.
  • Uphold company policies regarding safety, vehicle maintenance, and professional conduct while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
  • Strong commitment and enthusiasm for a career in sales, with a willingness to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in operating Android smartphones, tablets, or other digital gadgets for order entry and communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Negotiation and persuasive selling abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time independently.

  • Ability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to a flexible field schedule.
