Whether the outlet is located in a bustling street market or a modern shopping mall, you will be the face of Home Credit, delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products to shoppers at partner retail outlets.
- Engage customers through in‑store demonstrations, explaining financing options, repayment terms, and benefits.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture leads, process applications, and update sales data in real time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales booth or counter that reflects the Home Credit brand standards.
- Develop and execute simple social‑media campaigns (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to raise awareness of financing offers and attract foot traffic.
- Provide step‑by‑step guidance to customers throughout the application and payment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit supervisors to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback, report market trends, and suggest improvements to product presentation and promotional tactics.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product features, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with additional vocational training are preferred.
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer‑service experience, preferably in financial services or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ownership of a functional Android smartphone for app‑based sales activities.
- Willingness to be stationed at partner outlets in Cibubur or Cileungsi, across both street‑level and mall locations.
