We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior English Teacher to join our team of educators and help shape the future of our students across our campuses in Muara Karang, Green Ville, and Gading Serpong.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare engaging lesson plans aligned with international curricula, incorporating multimedia resources, storytelling techniques, and interactive activities.
- Deliver high‑quality English language instruction to middle‑school and high‑school students, fostering both receptive (reading, listening) and productive (speaking, writing) skills.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student performance, and generate comprehensive progress reports for parents and school administrators.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and classroom observations in accordance with Bimbel One’s data‑management policies.
- Establish strong, trust‑based relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, offering mentorship, feedback, and guidance as needed.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions to continuously improve teaching practice.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate English with science, social studies, and the arts.
- Uphold Bimbel One’s code of conduct, promoting a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Education (FKIP) or English Literature.
- Open to candidates of any age; gender requirement: female.
- No prior teaching experience required, though any experience with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB) is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, relatable manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring young learners.
- Strong teamwork orientation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and administrative staff.
- Full‑time availability, willing to work Monday‑Saturday, 12:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
- Readiness to be assigned to one of the following campuses: Muara Karang, Green Ville, or Gading Serpong.
- Technical proficiency with digital teaching tools, learning management systems, and basic office software.
