Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Petugas Telemarketing dengan Pengalaman Penjualan to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on promoting high‑speed internet products in the Palangkaraya region, targeting prospective customers within our network coverage (Homepass). The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a cheerful “smiling voice,” a solid understanding of internet technology, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

As a front‑line sales ambassador, you will be responsible for educating prospects, handling objections, and guiding them through the registration process. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a mix of outbound calls, data entry, and cross‑functional coordination with field technicians and sales colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Database Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to a curated list of prospects located within the Homepass coverage area in Palangkaraya, ensuring accurate dialing and proper lead qualification.
  • Product Education: Clearly explain the benefits of our internet packages—such as low‑latency connections for gaming, symmetrical speeds, and unlimited data (no FUP)—tailoring the message to each customer’s needs.
  • Sales Closing: Guide prospects to select the most suitable package (Jet, Value, Nova, or MyGamer) and complete the registration process, achieving daily and monthly conversion targets.
  • Document Collection: Assist customers in providing required documentation, including a photo of their KTP and completion of the digital subscription form.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the Sales Field team or technical staff to schedule installation appointments, ensuring a smooth hand‑off from sales to service.
  • Reporting: Log daily call metrics—total calls made, interest level, and closed sales—into the internal CRM system and submit concise performance reports to management.
  • Multitasking: Manage simultaneous phone conversations and data entry while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product features, pricing changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information and handle technical questions confidently.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred).
  • At least 1 year of proven telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the telecom or internet services sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication with a clear, pleasant voice; ability to speak naturally without sounding scripted.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; comfortable handling objections and turning “no” into “yes.”
  • Technical savviness: basic understanding of Mbps, Wi‑Fi, routers, and the differences between fiber‑optic and copper cable networks.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under daily and monthly sales pressure.
  • Resilience and mental stamina to cope with repeated rejection while staying motivated.
  • Active listening skills to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, and basic analytics applications.
  • Preferred domicile: Tangerang or Tangerang Selatan to ensure familiarity with covered network areas.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 19:00.
