Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our expanding team covering the Kabupaten Karangasem area. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our electronic debit‑card (EDC) solutions, helping small and medium‑size enterprises (UMKM) modernize their payment processes. The successful candidate will combine strong canvassing skills with a genuine passion for helping local businesses grow.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door and on‑site visits to UMKM owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC machines and securing new merchant sign‑ups.
  • Achieve a daily acquisition target of 2–3 new merchant units, tracking progress in the CRM system.
  • Perform product demonstrations, explain transaction fees, and address any technical or operational concerns.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective merchants, following up regularly to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing, and local business trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding and technical support teams to ensure a smooth installation and activation process for each new merchant.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights for management.
  • Represent the company at local trade fairs, community events, and business association meetings to increase brand visibility.
  • Adhere to all compliance, safety, and documentation standards, including proper handling of personal data and transaction records.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, POS equipment, or related technology.
  • Possession of a valid SIM C and a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for daily travel across the Kabupaten Karangasem region.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse merchant owners.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of managing time effectively while working independently.
  • Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Open to both male and female applicants; gender is not a determining factor.
