Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Admin Business Channeling professional to join our growing team in Bandar Jaya, Lampung. This position serves as a critical bridge between our Business Channeling partners and the credit processing department, ensuring that every customer order is captured accurately, evaluated promptly, and communicated clearly. Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders from Business Channeling sources, confirming receipt and acknowledging the customer within the service level agreement.
- Collect, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, guaranteeing that all fields meet compliance standards.
- Perform data quality checks, cross‑referencing documents such as identification, income statements, and collateral records to prevent errors.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes and customer grading, flagging any inconsistencies for senior review.
- Communicate approval or rejection decisions to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC), tracking their status until completion.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Home Care (SHC) team to ensure seamless handling of ongoing consumer cases.
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions, updates, and system entries, supporting audit trails and performance reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
- Continuously propose process improvements that enhance data integrity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative, data‑entry, or credit‑processing role.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, database entry systems, and the ACCTION platform.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of accurate data handling.
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
- Organizational skills that enable multitasking and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Basic understanding of credit assessment principles, RAC guidelines, and customer grading methodologies is advantageous.
- Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment and willingness to learn new software tools.
