This Program Pemagangan offers hands‑on experience across multiple store functions, from cashier leadership to fresh‑produce handling, providing a solid foundation for a career in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The program is open to candidates who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK) and are eager to develop professional skills in a supportive, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Kepala Kasir (Head Cashier)
    • Lead and supervise the cashier team to ensure swift, accurate checkout experiences.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to maintain high service standards.
    • Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile daily takings, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
    • Collaborate with store management to optimize staffing schedules and resolve transaction discrepancies.
  • Loss Prevention (Security)
    • Monitor store aisles and stockrooms to deter theft, vandalism, and product loss.
    • Review CCTV footage and promptly report suspicious activity to the manager on duty.
    • Implement loss‑prevention tactics such as regular inventory checks and merchandise tagging.
  • Grocery (Food & Non‑Food)
    • Greet customers courteously and address inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
    • Arrange products neatly on shelves, ensuring proper labeling and price accuracy.
    • Check product quality, monitor expiration dates, and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
    • Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and organize back‑room inventory.
  • Kasir (Cashier)
    • Process sales transactions using POS systems, verifying prices and applying discounts correctly.
    • Handle returns, exchanges, and cash reconciliation at shift end.
    • Assist customers with payment options and provide receipts promptly.
  • Fresh (Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Fruit & Vegetables)
    • Prepare and portion fresh products according to hygiene and safety standards.
    • Maintain proper temperature controls and storage practices to prevent spoilage.
    • Track stock levels, record inventory movements, and replace damaged items swiftly.
    • Advise shoppers on product selection, cooking tips, and nutritional information.
  • Bakery
    • Assist bakers in mixing, shaping, and baking goods following company recipes.
    • Display finished bakery items attractively and replenish shelves as needed.
    • Uphold stringent cleanliness standards for equipment and work areas.
    • Manage bakery inventory to avoid overstocking while meeting customer demand.
  • Produce
    • Sort, arrange, and inspect fruits and vegetables for visual appeal and freshness.
    • Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and remove items that no longer meet quality criteria.
    • Maintain a clean, organized produce section that complies with health regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior work experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Key soft skills:
    • Customer‑oriented mindset with a friendly, respectful communication style.
    • Quick adaptation to new tasks and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
    • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic numeracy for cash handling and an eye for detail when checking product dates and prices.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., boxes of produce).
